Our Kitchen crew expands each time that we add a new location. This tireless team has recently expanded their skills to take on the challenge of adding a new croissant line-up including a delicious ham and gruyere breakfast croissant. We make every baked good, soup, salad, and sandwich filling from scratch in our Kitchen. You’ll meet some of these characters in the Our People Photo Gallery.

Bridgehead prides itself on serving full and creamy espresso based beverages made using Synesso espresso machines in every location. We recently brought our delicious products closer to Parliament Hill when we opened a new location at 96 Sparks St. This beautiful spot was originally built for a bank and features large floor to ceiling windows, original marble terrazzo floors and vintage Brazilian rosewood panelling. Our next location will be opening up this summer on Slater and Lyon. Stay tuned for an amazing wall feature homage to the coffee cup.”
