A light large leaf tea with slight rice and nutty flavour. White teas are very healthy and low caffeine. White tea contains more polyphenols, the powerful anti-oxidant that fights and kills cancer-causing cells, than any other tea. Steep for 6-7 minutes with water 185 degrees F (ie. boil water and let cool 4 minutes before pouring over leaves.
