All of our coffees are fairly-traded, organic and shade-grown, purchased from co-operatives of small-scale coffee farmers in Central and South America, the Pacific, and Africa. Our Learn About Coffee section provides co-op profiles and more information about coffee varieties cupping and processing.
Our coffees are all available as single-origins, profiling the distinctive characteristics of the various regions, although we’ve also created some terrific blends. We also have several decaf coffees to choose from, all of which use the Swiss Water Process method of decaffeination.
We package our coffees in valve packs that feature a one-way valve that keeps our coffee roaster-fresh. Choose from 12 oz, 2 lb or 5 lb formats in either whole beans or the grind of your choice—filter, cone, espresso, French press (bodum), percolator or Turkish grinds.
