Bridgehead Rewards Program Terms Of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions for the Bridgehead Rewards program. Also please note the Terms and Conditions of Spoonity our loyalty program service provider. By participating in the Bridgehead Rewards program, you agree to the terms and conditions described and referenced within, as amended from time to time.
Bridgehead reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Bridgehead Rewards program at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.bridgehead.ca, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
Your participation in the Bridgehead Rewards program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any changes or modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you may not participate in the Bridgehead Rewards program.
In addition, you are subject to our Privacy Statement, and all such terms of our Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Program Overview
The Bridgehead Rewards program is a way of thanking you for your continued support. It is the same great program it always has been, the only difference is that our paper loyalty punch cards have now become digitized and added to our reloadable cards. You also receive additional benefits for registering your card. You can participate whether or not you register.
To register in the Bridgehead Rewards program, first, create an account at Bridgehead Rewards or with the Bridgehead Rewards smartphone app. Second, you have the option to add a balance to the account. Third, enjoy your free medium brewed or specialty drink as a thank you for registering and start to earn rewards every time you buy coffee or tea. Redeem rewards at any Bridgehead coffeehouse. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
Bridgehead Rewards may be activated at any Bridgehead coffeehouse or online at Bridgehead Rewards.
Registration
The registration process will require you to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself to Bridgehead through an online registration form. Personal information collected may include: username (i.e., email address), password, email address (required in order to send you eligible rewards and program notices), Bridgehead Rewards card number and card security code (scratch to see), birthday (optional), name, nickname (optional) mobile phone number (optional), and your marketing preferences e.g., what type of product information you would like to receive from us.
Communication about the Bridgehead Rewards program is made by email. At registration, you can opt to receive early notice on new product releases and special offers. You can change these preferences at any time.
You must be a resident of Canada and 18 years of age (legal age of majority in Ontario), or have the consent of a parent or guardian, in order to register online and create an account.
Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Bridgehead of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Rewards program. Bridgehead will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Rewards:
Earn rewards for brewed coffee/tea and specialty drinks. Purchase 11 of the same category and get your 12th one free! For example, purchase 11 brewed coffee or tea and receive your 12th one free. Rewards cannot be blended. For example, rewards earned from brewed coffee or tea purchases will not count for rewards for specialty drinks or beans/loose leaf tea.
If you provide us with your birthday, your Birthday drink will be automatically loaded onto your reward balance on your birthday each year and will show on your rewards screen as a special Birthday balloon. This reward can be enjoyed up to 7 days (1 week) after your birthday.
Rewards do not expire with the exception of your Birthday drink.
Rewards have no cash value.
You can view and track your rewards on www.bridgehead.ca/pages/bridgehead-rewards or by using your Bridgehead Rewards app.
Your account balance and rewards under the Bridgehead Rewards program are yours and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to anyone else.
Participation in Bridgehead Rewards is subject to your acknowledgement and consent to our Privacy Statement. Bridgehead collects and uses the personal information of its customers as reasonably necessary to facilitate our interactions with you and to enable your participation in the Rewards program. Bridgehead reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Bridgehead Rewards program if Bridgehead determines at its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Bridgehead reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Bridgehead Rewards program at any time and at its sole discretion without notice to you.
