Centro is our take on the classic ‘house blend’ featuring a rotation of seasonally fresh coffees that are source and roasted to deliver a consistent flavour profile throughout the year. Centro means cenre of core in Spanish, celebrating the coffeehouse as a hub of community, culture and trade. It is also a nod to our history and connection to farmers in Latin America.
The blend is designed to highlight a range of flavours typical of washed coffees from medium to high altitudes – caramels, nuts, cacao, vanilla. This approach makes for a versatile coffee that tastes great black and in milk, brewed over a broad range of brew methods.
