Why It's Exceptional
This coffee comes from Heyvis's organic certified farm in Peña Blanca, Santa Bárbara in the mountains above beautiful Lake Yojoa. It was milled and exported by Beneficio San Vicente in nearby Peña Blana. Enjoy the unique acidity and beautiful floral aromas that result from the unique interaction between this microclimate and the parainema variety!
