The team from Lima Coffees was been working for many years with the communities of Agua Colorada and El Corazon de Jesus, to the point where they are now one of the most reliable sources of truly exceptional coffee in Northern Peru

What It Tastes Like
Taste Minimal acidity and sweetness due to roasting on the high-side of medium, also bringing out very mild bitters that add a touch of extra complexity and bite to the cup
Aromas A classic full medium roast profile with clove, roasted nuts and dark chocolate aromas complemented by some mild orange citrus character
Body Full, creamy and smooth.
