Why It's Exceptional
This coffee comes from two small farms just outside of Marcala, Honduras. Efraín Urquía and Montgomery Melghem operate family farms that support biodiversity conservation while producing world class coffees.

What It Tastes Like
Taste Vibrant and exciting acidity with a balancing sweetness
Aromas Loads of dark, purple fruit flavours reminiscent of plum with ripe berries. The back end of the aroma is a delightful caramel and vanilla.
Body Quite full with a creamy and smooth texture
