We have bought coffee from SOPACDI since it was first available in 2013. The relationship isn’t direct, given the challenges of working in DR Congo, however our supply partners maintain a close connection to the association. SOPACDI has implemented new standards with their growers and mills that have led the best lot yet.
SOPACDI won the 2014 Specialty Coffee Association of America's Sustainability Award for their work connecting marginalized producers to the international market.
