Why It's Exceptional
This coffee comes from Francis Tello Rodimero's small parcel of land in the valleys down the mountain from Concepción Huista, Huehuetenango, Guatemala. It was produced on an organic certified farm using natural fertilizers and soil maintenance practices to preserve the long term productivity of the land, and it was a finalist in the 2019 Best of Concepción competition due to its extraordinary cup quality.
