Why It's Exceptional
This coffee comes from a single smallholder farm operated by Luis Chinchay and his family. It is one of the most unusual tasting Peruvian coffees we have ever purchased, owning to some extremely rare post-harvest fermentation character.

Taste Medium green apple acidity with balancing sweetness
Aromas Owing to some uncommon fermentation character, this coffee boasts intriguing dried apple and tropical fruit aromas on top of a strong foundation of caramels and vanilla
