Tastes Like
Taste Well balanced in taste with soft sweetness and fairly low acidity due to the moderate altitude of production.
Aromas This coffee represents the best of the typical North Peruvian profile -- dense in delicious chocolate, caramel and faint dried fruit aromas (similar to date or raisin) that make this a tasty and broadly appealing coffee.
