We have been working with Ramon for 4 years now, and he continues to produce stellar coffees while also being a community leader in crop diversification and sustainable farming practices. He produces his coffee in Canalaj, a small community in Huehuetenango, where he has a 2 hectare farm. This coffee is from his first pickings of the most recent harvest, and has a zippy raspberry like acidity, with flavours of berries, honey and a light toastiness to bring it all together.
