Who Grows It
This coffee was produced by Roland Melghem on his small farm just a short drive up the mountain from Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. This is our first year working with Roland, and we are very excited to be able to share his coffee. Roland has used the honey process for this lot, meaning it is dried with some of the coffee pulp from the cherries, adding to the body and giving this coffee a lovely depth of sweetness.
