Bridgehead has a variety of positions in our coffeehouses, at our kitchen, in mail order, and at our support center. We hire based on traits and characteristics in alignment with our vision and values; and not necessarily based on previous coffee, retail or other foodservice experience. We promote from within whenever possible. We appreciate having applications dropped off by hand at our coffeehouses, although a manager may not always be available to speak with you at the time. We keep applications on file for six months. Only those individuals selected for a pre-interview or interview will be contacted.
