Our best-selling medium roast. We take great, in-season coffees from producers in Latin America and roast them to bring out as much of that tasty and familiar medium roast flavour as possible without any of the unpleasant flavours that result from careless roasting.

This is our go-to recommendation for coffee lovers just discovering our coffee. We serve it every day in our coffeehouses in Ottawa. A fully flavourful, smooth, everyday classic.
