AEROPRESS

STEP 1

Pre-wet filter with hot water (roughly 50ml), ensure entire filter is saturated. 

STEP 2

Add coffee to Aeropress brewing chamber. We recommend 18 g of coffee (per 250 g water) using grind setting #3. 

STEP 3

Add 45g of water and stir to evenly saturate all the grounds, start timer simultaneously. Immediately after stirring, add remaining water to bring up total water weight to 250g. 

STEP 4

Wait until the timer gets to 1:15 minutes, then slowly begin plunging the Aeropress, aiming to press the plunger down for 30 seconds, giving you a total brew time of about 1:45. 

STEP 5

When you hear the hiss of the Aeropress, you are done plunging. Pull back the plunger slightly to stop dripping.
