Frequently asked questions
Digital gift cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed at most of our Ottawa coffeehouses, online, or even added to our app to order ahead and skip the line.
Our gift cards are not accepted at our airport locations or the Carleton Page Break Library coffeehouse. These locations use a different point-of-sale system that is not compatible with our gift card program, at this time.
Absolutley! We offer pick up at our roastery- located at 130 Anderson St, Ottawa.
If the order has not begun the fulfillment process, we can cancel your order. Once orders have shipped or been marked ready for pickup, they are no longer refundable.
