Silky, sweet, and quietly indulgent, this medium roast from Marcala, Honduras opens with poached pear, settles into milk chocolate, and ends with a signature silk finish. Slow-grown in volcanic soil under shaded canopies, this Honduran coffee is certified organic and Fairtrade, with real depth and a soft heart.

Grown at over 1,200 metres of altitude in the volcanic highlands of Marcala, a Denomination of Origin (DOP) region protected for its coffee excellence, this cup reflects the slow maturation, shaded canopies, and mineral-rich soils that define Honduras's most celebrated growing region.

Hand-washed by the 1,272 members of the APROCOMSA cooperative, it carries the depth and complexity of that soil and the care of a community rooted in generations of craft.
